EPITOM HX is operated by SM ENTERPRISES and currently ships orders within India.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during unusually high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier network, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Our current standard shipping charges are:

• Orders below ₹1,999: ₹109 shipping
• Orders of ₹1,999 or above: Free standard shipping

Promotional shipping rates may occasionally apply. The shipping amount shown during checkout will be the applicable shipping charge for that order.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
